My “why” for creating Guiding Hands Senior Placement Services was born from experience not theory.
After years in the medical field and walking through the healthcare system with my own family, I saw firsthand how confusing, fragmented, and overwhelming senior care can be. I witnessed the fear in families’ eyes when they were told their loved one needed “more care.” I felt the weight of second-guessing decisions. I saw seniors discharged without clear plans, families scrambling for answers, and vulnerable individuals not receiving the attention they truly deserved.
I realized something had to change.
My why is rooted in protecting dignity.
It’s about ensuring seniors are not just placed, but properly placed.
It’s about making sure families feel heard, educated and supported instead of rushed or pressured.
Guiding Hands was created because no family should feel alone when making life-altering decisions for someone they love. I wanted to be the calm in the chaos the steady voice that brings clarity, compassion, and advocacy to moments that feel overwhelming.
This isn’t just a service.
It’s a calling.
